Before establishing MHI, Andre held several key roles, including Sr. Mechanic at Hutchinson Aerospace & Industrial, where he administered repairs and maintenance on specialty equipment for the aerospace sector. He also served as Senior Machinist-Mechanic at Pinetree Power Fitchburg, overseeing the maintenance and repair of an 18MW biomass power generation facility. As Plant Manager at Universal Machine and Design, Andre was responsible for purchasing materials, managing employees, generating manufacturing processes, training personnel, and consulting on design processes. His career began as a Machinist at Merit Machine Manufacturing, where he manufactured parts from concept to print and performed exotic repairs.
Andre’s technical foundation is solidified by his vocational degree in electronics from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical High School, followed by postgraduate training in manual and CNC machining. His qualifications include certifications as a Hoisting Engineer 1C, 2A, 3A, and proficiency in CNC programming with tools like BobCAD, AutoCAD, Gibbs and Surfcam. Andre’s commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction has made MHI a trusted name in the industry, serving the needs of power generation and other industrial sectors with unparalleled expertise.

Amy’s expertise extends to leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. She is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. In her role as Director of Revenue Management and eCommerce Services, Amy has provided freelance consulting since March 2012. Her services include everything from weekly remote strategy meetings to in-depth revenue management audits, pre-opening revenue management for select service hotels, and temporary revenue support. Her work ensures that clients maintain high-quality systems and effective sales strategies.
Before her freelance work, Amy held several key roles, including Revenue Manager at Marriott International, where she managed revenue strategies for the Boston Revenue Management Cluster, leading efforts during a $31 million renovation of the Marriott Long Wharf. As Regional Director at Eric A. Kinserf, CPA, she directed accounting solutions for municipalities in Massachusetts, developing financial policies and procedures to improve audit and DOR representation.
Amy’s earlier career includes significant positions such as Area Director of Revenue Management at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where she led revenue management for three Marriott properties, and Area Revenue Manager at Colwen Management, where she directed revenue efforts for seven Marriott properties across multiple states.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Travel & Tourism Business Management from Lasell University and has consistently demonstrated her ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals, driving long-term value for the companies and clients she serves. Passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of financial professionals, Amy fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth, contributing to the success of forward-thinking energy companies committed to powering the future.
